GameDay: @ Calgary (5-4-0-1), 9:00

Tonight is the first of four meetings between these two clubs this season. The Flames have been off since Saturday, when they shut out the Jackets 3-0. The Wings are on a 0-4-1-0 skid, as we all know and I think tonight will be a good opportunity to begin pulling out of it. The Flames have a good power play but their penalty kill rate is just 77.6%. We know the Wings can score on the power play so hopefully that will be a factor in the game tonight. They need to play good defense and smart offense, not allowing many chances and not giving up the puck. Manny Legace will likely start again tonight because Joseph is still sore and Hasek will be out for a while longer. The Flames are without goalie Roman Turek, who has a hurt knee. Dean McAmmond is questionable for tonight with a bad shoulder.
